In this role reporting to the Production Manager, you will conduct heat treatment operations, ensuring strict adherence to technical requirements and quality protocols. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with an assistant to maintain secure handling and processing of materials. Effective interpretation of technical documents and execution of established procedures will be essential to streamline production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage salt baths for treatment
• Implement heating, quenching, and tempering processes
• Check processing parameters against specifications




• Read technical drawings and work orders
• Ensure safety in handling metal components

Requirements:
• Completion of High School education required
• A DEP in a related field is beneficial
• Experience in heat treatment or manufacturing is preferred
• Bilingual in French, with English skills as an advantage
• Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
