Title: ETL Developer - Snowflake (Life Science / Pharma Domain)

Role Description Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Snowflake to extract, transform, and load data from sources such as Rx, call-activity, formulary, and sales databases.
Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to gather requirements and create ETL workflows aligned with business needs.
Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Implement and maintain business rules and calculations within ETL processes for analysis and reporting.
Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and workflows.
Work closely with downstream process owners to understand data needs and support data consumption.
Monitor and optimize ETL performance for productive data processing in Snowflake.




Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
3+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration, preferably in the life sciences industry.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica).
Technical Skills Proficient in SQL and database design.
Experience with data modeling, metadata, and BI concepts.
Familiarity with programming languages and dashboards like Tableau, Power BI, and Strategy.
Industry Knowledge Understanding of life sciences data domains (Rx, call-activity, formulary, sales) and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Problem-Solving Solid analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving data issues.
Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
