Salary: 65k - 85k (Based on Experience)

This isn’t a “sit in a corner and draft forever” kind of role. You’ll be hands‑on in plumbing and mechanical systems design , working in Revit, and involved in projects from concept all the way through to construction. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Designing plumbing and fire sprinkler systems for private residential builds
Working in Revit from early design through to final coordination
Getting involved in full project cycles (not just isolated tasks)
Coordinating with engineers, designers, and project teams




Contributing ideas — not just executing them
Seeing your work actually get built (and not just disappear into a PDF archive)
