Elevate customer success as a Technical Account Manager at Autodesk. Focused on Civil Infrastructure, you will drive value and provide proactive guidance for strategic enterprise clients.
In this role, you’ll manage relationships with clients in the Civil Infrastructure sector, helping them optimize their Autodesk solutions. Leverage your experience in design workflows and technical consulting to ensure that customers maintain a healthy production setting and achieve long-term success. This position plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through strategic engagement and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers
• Establish strong relationships through proactive engagement




• Identify technical risks and recommend best practices
• Review support cases and conduct technical health assessments
• Guide customers through upgrades and current capabilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years supporting Autodesk Civil Infrastructure solutions
• Deep understanding of design workflows and interoperability
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent in English with presentation experience
