Provide technical leadership to advance Wawanesa's loss cost and demand modelling capabilities, shape future modelling priorities, and lead high‐impact projects that support efficient, accurate, and maintainable modelling processes.Job ResponsibilitiesMaster data access, selection, and interpretation; evaluate procedures andrecommend improvements.Expertise in analytical methods; innovate on complex projects; automate routine tasks to focus on high‐leverage work.Design and implement robust processes that simplify work for self and peers.Develop creative solutions to complex problems and assess impacts of options.Serve as a leader in the actuarial community; contribute to training materials and mentorship.Lead large‐scale,
