This position entails offering clinical pharmacy services primarily through virtual consultations. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services through virtual patient interactions

Requirements:
• Licensed or eligible for licensing as a pharmacist
• Completion of an Accredited Pharmacy Residency preferred
