An elite global hedge fund are now seeking a Senior Network Engineer to work on it’s trading infrastructure. To apply, you will ideally be CCIE qualified with a solid background in low latency and multicast networks. Our client is a leading global market maker with an emphasis on technology to match. They seek an experienced profile who would look to build ultra-rapid and reliable connectivity to proprietary trading technology, invariably around a bleeding edge Cisco environment.

What you'll be doing:
Design, deploy and troubleshoot global network infrastructure
Design industry leading networks
Implement optimisations to build low latency network
Work on network redesign, expansion and upgrade




Support trading teams in relation to high frequency
Automation, capacity planning and connectivity advancement
Manage network expansion, upgrades and support
Provide expert support to high frequency trading teams

What exposure you'll ideally have:
Cisco, Juniper, Arista
Security - Palo Alto & Fortinet
Automation and Python scripting, Ansible, Terraform
Cisco CCIE/CCDE qualified or equivalent experience in a trading workplace
