Beneva is seeking a passionate individual to enhance their Commercial team. In this role, you will apply your skills in property/casualty and Individually Rated Commercial Automobile (IRCA) to provide exceptional service. Collaborating closely with Brokers, your contributions will play a vital role in meeting Unica’s profit and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical underwriting for Small Business and IRCA policies
• Analyze portfolio results for improved profitability
• Deliver exceptional service to brokers during renewals and endorsements




• Coach and train staff as needed for team growth
• Communicate insights on industry trends to management

Requirements:
• University/College degree required
• Minimum of 2 years in Commercial underwriting
• CIP or CRM designation, or in progress
• Technical knowledge in property/casualty and automobile lines
• Ability to analyze commercial rates and pricing
