This full time senior management role calls for a passionate leader with expertise in food and beverage operations. You will oversee various outlets, including the 15 Park Bistro and pool bar, collaborate with the Executive Chef, and focus on enhancing guest satisfaction. Your leadership will drive team performance, cultivation of talent, and uphold service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets
• Hire, train, and develop the team for top performance
• Collaborate with culinary teams for exceptional guest experiences




• Enhance operational procedures and inventory management
• Lead and manage special events and functions

Requirements:
• Hotel experience and knowledge of food and beverage service
• Proven leadership skills and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and inventory
• Solid communication skills, detail-oriented mindset
• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
