Position SummaryThe Director of Business Systems & Technology is responsible for the company's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, data analytics, and IT support operations. This role ensures that technology platforms are secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives while providing leadership in enterprise applications, cloud services, and business intelligence. The Director works closely with executive leadership and department managers to improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and deliver meaningful insights through reporting and dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology LeadershipDevelop and execute the company's IT strategy and roadmap.Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology investments.Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices.Provide technology recommendations and risk assessments to leadership.Infrastructure & SecurityOversee networks, cloud services, data center operations, backups, and disaster recovery.Manage the company's Azure workplace and hosting platforms.Lead cybersecurity initiatives, compliance activities,
