In this role, you will support the trials of recent vessels and complex systems, supervising a team of unionized trades members. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise trades teams for system commissioning and testing
• Verify completion and quality of system handovers
• Perform operational trials in harbor and at sea
• Manage work safely and efficiently according to schedule
• Train and performance-manage team members
Requirements:
• Completion of Red Seal or marine engineering qualification
• 5+ years in commissioning, shipbuilding, or related fields
• Proven management of protected work processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Kronos
