This role demands proficient quantitative modeling skills and experience in model validation and independent review. You will ensure compliance with OSFI Guideline E 23 by assessing model performance, assumptions, and governance standards while working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct independent validation of enterprise models throughout their lifecycle
• Review assumptions, methodology, and data inputs for accuracy




• Assess exposure to model risk and governance arrangements
• Validate AI and machine learning models for bias and transparency
• Contribute to the Model Risk Management Framework and inventory
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Over six years of experience in model development or validation
