We are hiring full‑time Office Managers for our Jasper Avenue and West Edmonton locations. This is a full‑time role with a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain payroll, finance, and administrative responsibilities.

Perform data entry, weekly numbers, and reconciliations.

Handle cash deposits and debit, credit, and gift card transactions daily.

Qualifications

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Confidence with numbers and data accuracy.

Reliability and trustworthiness.

Skilled demeanor and confidence in business settings.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.
