Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The specialist will be responsible for the setup, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure. They will play a key role in ensuring system security, supporting internal users, managing IT assets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additionally,



the role requires collaboration with various teams to address technology needs and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications Proficiency in IT systems management, including installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
Expertise in network infrastructure, server technologies, and system optimization.
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and the ability to ensure system security and data protection.
Effective communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to non‑technical team members.
Experience in working within a hybrid setting that combines on‑site and work from home.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with the quantum computing and high-performance computing industries is an asset.
