Become a Culinary Instructor at the St. Louis Adult Learning Centre, teaching essential Hospitality and Tourism skills to adult learners. Deliver engaging curriculum in a supportive workplace.

In this role, you will report directly to the Principal and work closely with students to create lesson plans and assess their progress. Your focus on student needs will drive improvements in the Culinary Program. Collaborate with administration and assist in practical components to ensure students are ready for community placements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create creative lesson plans for culinary courses
• Evaluate student performance and provide useful feedback
• Enhance the Culinary Program in collaboration with peers




• Address individual learning needs through wide-ranging instruction
• Facilitate hands-on co-operative education experiences

Requirements:
• Current Ontario College of Teachers Certificate
• Senior qualifications in Hospitality Services necessary
• Availability for face-to-face classes required
• Experience in the food industry is desirable
• Previous teaching experience valued
