You will play a crucial role within the commercial team, managing all aspects of the change control process in a progressive design-build setting. With 5–8 years of experience on large infrastructure projects, your expertise will guide assessments, documentation, and communication related to scope changes. This position demands excellent collaboration and communication skills, along with a strong grasp of cost control and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide implementation of the Change Management Plan
• Ensure transparent tracking of all project changes
• Analyze scope and prepare detailed impact assessments
• Support open-book pricing strategies
• Coordinate with estimators on cost implications
Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in large projects
• Robust proficiency in Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Robust technical understanding of risk management
