In this agile role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating older adults facing complex mental health issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat elderly clients with mental health issues
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members
• Document and maintain clinical information according to policies
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support
• Liaise with community agencies to optimize care
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• One year's relevant experience in a psychiatric or community setting
• Eligible for qualified association registration
• Valid Class V BC Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle
• Proven clinical experience with elderly populations
