You will be responsible for assessing patients, drafting treatment plans, and delivering family-focused therapeutic services. Your role also encompasses case management, ensuring proper documentation, and facilitating patient access to community resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments for patient base
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans




• Offer family therapy as part of treatment strategy
• Manage casework and document patient interactions
• Participate in community engagement events to raise awareness

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
• Prior experience with pediatric health issues is a plus
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
