Become a vital part of the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre as an Operating Room Registered Nurse. This role is key in coordinating patient care and contributing to health outcomes.

In the Operating Room Department, you will work with individuals to achieve optimal health. Your responsibilities include delivering direct care and supporting patients’ self-care choices in various health scenarios. You will play an essential role in direct practice and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room
• Assess and document patient conditions accurately
• Establish intravenous lines and manage venipuncture
• Respond effectively to sudden health crises
• Follow guidelines for infection control and OR protocols

Requirements:
• Ontario RN registration is essential
• Basic CPR certification (BCLS) required
• Prior experience or OR certification mandatory
• ACLS course completion preferred
• Ability to remain focused amidst interruptions
