As a Nurse II in Reproductive Health, you will collaborate within a client-centered team to deliver comprehensive care. This role demands expertise in working within community health and supports individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide health education to promote wellness
• Advocate for clients in achieving health objectives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Manage chronic diseases and preventive health measures
• Ensure appropriate links to human services for clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a Registered Nurse
• 3 years’ experience in community health
• Current CPR certification required
• Knowledge of Indigenous health issues
• Proven skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
