As a Mill Operator, your experience is key to ensuring optimal machinery function in circuits like crushing, flotation, and water management. You'll work closely with team members to troubleshoot issues and execute standard operating procedures effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor all facets of production equipment
• Execute pre-operational checks and operational protocols
• Collaborate with controllers for issue resolution
• Document operational discrepancies and reports
• Assist with equipment maintenance and minor repairs

Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience in mineral processing
• Familiarity with multiple processing circuits
• Minimum Grade 10 education
• Forklift/cross-training in crane operation preferred
• Competence in safety standards and risk management
