Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic Journeyperson
We are looking for a Journeyperson Construction Equipment Service Technician for our Saskatoon branch. The role involves inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of heavy‑duty construction equipment in our service shop.
Responsibilities
Inspect equipment to identify failures.
Diagnose problems using mechanical and computerized diagnostic skills.
Perform repairs and routine service.
Interpret hydraulic and electric schematics.
Key Abilities
Overall mechanical ability.
Commitment to customer service and pride in quality workmanship.
Positive and team‑oriented attitude.
Ideal Candidates
Journeyperson trade training in heavy‑duty construction equipment mechanics (3rd and 4th year apprentices may be considered).
Experience with computerized diagnostic programs and OEM specific software.
Proficiency reading and interpreting hydraulic & electric schematics.
