As part of the TMX legal team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on commercial transactions, drafting contracts, and supporting strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements

Requirements:
• Licensed member of the Ontario Bar
• At least 3 years of relevant legal expertise
