We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Manager to join our agile team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through financing and insurance options while ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Present financing and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.

Secure financing through approved lenders and negotiate terms.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Offer and explain extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services.

Process all financial documents accurately and efficiently.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar F&I; role (preferred).

Robust understanding of financing, credit,



and insurance processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex financial products clearly to customers.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
