You will engage with community partners, oversee the hiring of initial staff, and implement care programs while ensuring compliance with health care regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the residency occupancy plan and compliance
• Facilitate recruitment and training of the initial workforce
• Oversee quality care delivered by home staff




• Develop resident-centered programs and services
• Manage the home’s financial resources effectively

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Health Administration or related field
• Comprehensive management experience in long-term care
• Long Term Care Administrator certification required
• Knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices
• Proven analytical and budgetary management skills
