Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily onboarding of loans in SIT and RAISE systems
• Ensure compliance with AML and ATF regulations
• Facilitate communication among internal contacts and external brokers




• Generate loan approval documentation for management
• Assist with financial analyses and commitment preparations

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with commercial mortgages
• Degree or diploma in business or finance preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
• Solid time management and organizational capabilities
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats
