Key Responsibilities:
• Administer vaccines to promote public health
• Investigate and manage communicable disease outbreaks
• Facilitate prenatal and family assessments
• Provide health education in schools and community settings
• Keep accurate records of health services provided
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse in BC
• Six months recent experience in public health nursing
• Class V BC Driver's License required
• Robust knowledge of community health practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
