creating loyalty and expanding the footprint of Synopsys solutions in their organizationsMentor junior applications engineers and share expertise across the team, raising the technical bar for everyoneRepresent Synopsys at industry events and conferences, contributing thought leadership that influences how the electronics industry approaches thermal simulationWhat You'll NeedMS in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 6+ years in engineering software environments, or BS with 8+ years, or PhD with 3+ years (PhD with 7+ years preferred)At least 4 years in application engineering, customer support, or consulting roles where you worked directly with customers using engineering softwareStrong technical grounding in fluid mechanics, CFD, and thermodynamics with hands-on application in electronics thermal managementProficiency with Ansys tools such as Fluent, Icepak, or Mechanical, or equivalent experience with CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM platformsExperience integrating simulation into customer workflows at the package, board, or system level, not just running isolated analysesExperience with multiphysics simulation approaches like electro-thermal or thermo-mechanical coupling is a strong plusWho You AreLogical problem-solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.Business-savvy and skilled, projecting confidence and credibility in all interactions.Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and is willing to mentor others.Professional, driven to succeed, and results-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement within a fast-paced, innovative companyThe Team You'll Be Part OfYou will join the Ansys Customer Excellence team, a diverse group of talented engineers and technical specialists dedicated to empowering customers and advancing simulation-driven innovation.
