and evaluation of residents' care plans; Maintains the standards of accurate and complete documentation and reporting; Applies dressings and treatments according to physician's orders and policy; Assists with supervision and evaluation of job performance and behavior of other health care staffAbout YouActive registration with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN); Ability to worka schedule of flexible hours and shifts inclusive of days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Availability towork a minimum of 6 shifts per quarter, available to work all shift types and days of the week; A valid CPR & First Aid or BLS Certification (required); Ability to provide a transparent criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire; Advanced proficiency in the English language is required, proficiency in French considered an asset; Any previous course in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care considered an asset; Previous working experience with elderly in long-term care or a senior living setting an asset; A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.Great People is a core value at Shannex, grounded in the belief that our team members are the spirit and foundation of our organization.
