The team addresses the property and the customer with skill, knowledge, and professionalism while preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site. Responsibilities Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold Survey damage within the property Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property Assist with the completion of supply orders for the contents division Submit daily time sheets and code job hours to the supervisor Complete cleaning processes for both contents and structural damage assigned jobs Complete and file documentation on contents and laundry jobs Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary operating system (RMS) Take photos of jobs assigned at the start, completion, and throughout the process Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas Perform initial site visits Set restoration equipment within guidelines Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
