Reporting to the Director of Store Operations, the Facilities Manager will supervise the Facilities and Support team, ensuring clean and secure environments within a 24-hour operational framework. This includes overseeing HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and managing vendor relations for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct hiring and training of facilities support staff
• Guarantee clean, protected settings in compliance with regulations
• Keep meticulous records of facility conditions and schedules
• Monitor equipment performance and anticipate maintenance needs
• Manage vendor partnerships and inventory accurately
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in supervisory roles related to facilities
• Effective problem-solving and communication abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• OSHA Certification needed
