ACTO is seeking a passionate Social Worker to provide crucial case management and advocacy for survivors. Collaborating with legal specialists, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive services across multiple partner clinics. Funding for this contract position lasts until March 31, 2027, with chances for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide trauma-informed intake and risk assessments
• Assist clients in accessing legal and community services
• Engage in public education and outreach for awareness
• Conduct brief counseling and safety planning
• Collaborate with legal staff to improve service delivery
Requirements:
• Master of Social Work; additional qualification in public policy advantageous
• Previous experience aiding Gender-Based Violence survivors
• Familiarity with anti-oppressive practices and service delivery
• OCSWSSW registration required
• Interest in housing policy strongly preferred
Support survivors through dedicated case management and community resources in a team-focused setting.
