Become an Agricultural Insurance Producer in Alberta, working in a hybrid setting. Focus on client acquisition and exceptional service to enhance our Farm team’s reach and effectiveness.

This full time, permanent role seeks candidates with a sales-driven mindset and relevant insurance experience. You will cultivate a pipeline of Farm business leads through effective sourcing strategies and collaborate with underwriting professionals to meet client needs. You'll also manage post-sale service requests and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain a strong pipeline of Farm insurance leads
• Develop and submit proposals with underwriting staff
• Handoff service responsibilities to Account Managers as necessary




• Manage and respond to client service inquiries
• Engage in team meetings for knowledge sharing

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid AB General 1 license
• Minimum of 3 years business sales experience, preferably in Insurance
• Knowledge of risks related to Farm businesses
• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
