Join American Iron & Metal (AIM) as a 310T Truck Mechanic and play a crucial role in our metal recycling operations. This hands-on position is available Monday to Friday, focusing on maintaining our fleet of heavy-duty trucks.

As a 310T Truck Mechanic at AIM, you will be responsible for all aspects of truck and equipment maintenance. You will diagnose mechanical problems, conduct routine servicing, and perform complex repairs. Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and regular maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Manage maintenance schedules and fluid changes
• Conduct major repairs,



such as engine overhauls and brake system replacements
• Document all repair work and parts usage accurately

Requirements:
• Hold a valid 310T Truck and Coach certificate (an asset)
• Experience as a 310T Mechanic in a relevant setting
• Understanding of heavy-duty equipment components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and detail orientation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
