In this role, you will:Business Development & Program GrowthAct as the Retail SME supporting Commercial partners to drive CEB program adoption and expansion across target client segmentsIdentify and prioritize opportunities within existing Commercial relationships to increase employee penetration and engagementPartner with Commercial Banking, Distribution, and Segment teams to originate, structure, and activate new CEB opportunitiesSupport client-facing discussions, positioning CEB as a differentiated value proposition to win and retain mandatesContribute to the evolution of the CEB offering based on market insights, client feedback, and competitive positioningPerformance AccountabilityOwn and track key performance metrics,



including:Employee acquisition and activationProduct penetration and revenue contributionClient engagement and program utilizationEstablish and maintain performance dashboards and reporting routines to provide transparency on resultsIdentify performance gaps and implement targeted strategies to improve outcomesEnsure alignment to broader Retail and Commercial Banking growth objectivesCommunication & ReportingLead regular communication routines and updates to key stakeholders across Retail, Commercial, Commercial customers and Segment leadership teamsPrepare and deliver executive-level reporting and insights highlighting performance, opportunities, and risksDevelop clear, compelling messaging to support internal alignment and external client engagementEnsure consistent and effective cross-functional coordination across all program stakeholdersDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
