Join CMHA Calgary as an Assistant Manager, focusing on alternative living care and post-discharge services. This permanent full time role allows for flexible work hours, including evenings.
You will report directly to the Program Manager and play a vital role in leadership and program development. This position stresses the importance of service quality, staff support, and continuous improvement within a trauma-informed context. You will mentor teams to ensure effective, protected service delivery and contribute to the cultural enhancement of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage qualified growth through mentoring
• Assist in daily program operations and staffing
• Support monitoring and evaluation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Promote inclusivity and psychological safety within teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in human services required
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with supportive housing and mental health
• Effective data management skills
• Current certifications in ASIST and First Aid/CPR
