Make a difference in the lives of those affected by substance use as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse at Fraser Health. This energetic role offers prospects for direct patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

As part of Fraser Health, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized care plans for clients struggling with substance use. Your duties will involve crisis intervention, health education, and working alongside other professionals to promote holistic health outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored nursing care and health promotions
• Execute physician orders and document patient responses




• Address emergencies with appropriate and timely interventions
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary care discussions
• Maintain detailed clinical records to track progress

Requirements:
• Must hold a degree from an accredited Nursing Program
• Registered with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• At least one year of relevant addiction experience
• Training/certificate in substance use essentials
• Excellent communication for client-focused care
