Join Hope to Health as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, providing essential care in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Your role will focus on primary and specialty care within an creative health model.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will report to the Clinical Operations Manager and work closely with other practitioners to assess clients and develop tailored care interventions. This position requires a commitment to serving diverse populations, ensuring comprehensive healthcare for those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patient health status
• Develop care plans with team collaboration
• Participate actively in case management meetings
• Educate clients on health management strategies
• Coordinate care and resources for patients

Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN registration with BCCNM
• At least two years' related healthcare experience
• Completion of Point of Care HIV Testing course
• Training in trauma-informed and recovery practices
• Capability in performing venipuncture and assessments
