In this full time, permanent position, you will oversee all aspects of restoration projects, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Own restoration projects from kickoff to final completion
• Prepare and manage detailed estimates and project budgets
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on-site




• Build and maintain robust relationships with all stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and supervisors

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial project management
• In-depth understanding of Canadian restoration practices
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and Xactimate
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
