Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, this role involves delivering therapeutic services and comprehensive assessments tailored to individuals facing diverse challenges. You will engage in community consultations, handle patient records, and coordinate team resources to ensure high-quality client support and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical counseling and develop treatment plans
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial evaluations
• Maintain accurate patient/client documentation
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings regularly




• Design and present educational programs for staff

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited university
• Two years recent experience working with marginalized populations
• Current registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Solid understanding of trauma and its impact
