Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance on HSE practices, facilitating the adoption of safety plans, and leading training initiatives to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a vital role in monitoring safety conditions, improving responses to any incidents, and continuously enhancing safety-related behaviors across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships to support project leadership safety goals
• Implement project HS&E; action plans and performance measures




• Conduct training sessions and facilitate HSE meetings
• Analyze safety data and drive corrective actions
• Evaluate and enhance communication strategies for safety practices

Requirements:
• Three years’ experience in HSE systems
• Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety
• Knowledge of Canadian safety regulations
• Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete required onboarding tests
