Under the superintendent’s supervision, the foreman manages all activities related to the execution of construction work.
Responsibilities Supervise the work team




Ensure quality of work and timely delivery
Prepare and plan necessary material resources
Implement and enforce health and safety policies
Participate in site meetings
Complete work logs and quantify work done
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction trade
Knowledge of construction laws
Good understanding of equipment, standards, and work methods
Skills and Attitudes Good planning and organization skills
Ability to act quickly and efficiently
Engaging and unifying leadership qualities
Effective communication skills
