This strategic role focuses on managing customer relationships and ensuring adherence to technical and financial commitments. With 3 to 5 years of experience in Aviation MRO, you'll oversee service requests, coordinate with production and sales, and ensure that all project details are accurately tracked and reported. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead projects will contribute to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer service requests via phone and email
• Coordinate workscope evaluation with internal teams
• Generate and communicate competitive pricing structures




• Prepare maintenance proposals and oversee project tracking
• Facilitate regular status updates for customers

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in MRO operations
• Customer Service or Maintenance Management experience
• Skills in MS Office and SAP preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust project management and organizational abilities
