Reporting to the Director of Spiritual Health & Pastoral Care, your responsibilities include overseeing the CPE program and providing spiritual care to patients and families. You will work with students to cultivate their skills while ensuring adherence to standards set by the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care, focusing on the MAiD process and group support for spiritual well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enhance a creative CPE program
• Facilitate advanced learning for CPE students




• Engage in team activities and Spiritual Health events
• Assist families in navigating the MAiD process
• Foster spiritual wellness through various group initiatives

Requirements:
• Master's in theological/spiritual studies required
• Certified as a Spiritual Health Practitioner
• Membership in CASC required
• Excellent communication and planning skills
• Availability for adaptable work hours
