Adult and Teen Challenge is searching for a proactive Store Manager to lead our thrift store’s daily operations. This role combines retail management expertise with a heart for our Christian mission. You will guide a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming store workplace for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, mentor, and lead team members and volunteers
• Manage cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and address any issues
• Oversee donation management and inventory display
• Ensure financial targets align with program support goals

Requirements:
• 3+ years of retail management experience required
