This role involves assessing the therapy needs of residents and advising the leadership on effective programming strategies. Create and monitor individual treatment plans, ensuring participation in improving care practices, like falls prevention. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and oversee rehabilitation programs
• Assess residents and develop targeted therapy plans
• Recommend and provide adaptive equipment as needed
• Facilitate both individual and group treatment sessions
• Lead educational initiatives for staff on care strategies

Requirements:
• Graduated from a recognized Occupational Therapy program
• Holds or is eligible for ACOT and CAOT registration
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MDS 2.0
• Robust ability to teach and motivate teams
