Your responsibilities will include conducting intake assessments, crisis interventions, and collaborating with various healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and prioritize psychiatric referrals
• Carry out psychosocial evaluations and collect collateral
• Collaborate on care plans with Emergency Physicians
• Provide follow-up treatment and counseling
• Document patient care and assist with discharge planning
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse with BCCNM
• 1 year of relevant experience in pediatric psychiatry
• Valid driver’s license with insurance and vehicle access
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and crisis management
• Solid communication skills for effective patient interaction
