Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise therapeutic teams and develop training programs
• Conduct behavioural and curricular assessments
• Create and manage individualized service plans
• Participate actively in Clinical Management discussions
• Support and supervise BCBA students in practicum
Requirements:
• R.B.A license in valuable standing
• BCBA certification
• Master’s Degree in related fields
• Four years of experience with developmental disorders
• Valid Driver’s Licence and vehicle access
