Our work includes both residential and commercial projects throughout the Edmonton area. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, robust teamwork skills, and proven service experience. This role focuses on retrofit installation, replacement, and service of HVAC systems for both commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to adapt to unique retrofit situations where problem‑solving and custom solutions are a key part of the job.

Responsibilities





Install, replace, and retrofit HVAC equipment and ductwork.

Diagnose system issues and implement corrective measures.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and manuals.

Work safely and efficiently on occupied job sites with minimal disruption.

Collaborate with apprentices and team members to ensure high‑quality project completion.

Maintain compliance with safety codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Provide skilled customer service on retrofit projects.
