Responsibilities Be responsible for all procurement related activities for specific commodities of the various product development phases.
Represent Procurement with the various integrated product development team.
Track changes through the management process up to the point of implementation.
Be responsible for contractual negotiations, resulting from product ranges, with external suppliers.
Ensure that correct project tracking and visibility are provided by suppliers for Procurement and other business unit functions.
Support, where applicable, the Procurement commodity team in establishing sourcing strategies for the development programs and draft commercial agreements with the suppliers.
Provide coaching/mentoring to the agents of the team.
Qualifications Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
Have a minimum of four (4)
years of experience in the aerospace industry.
Possess experience in contract negotiations with suppliers.
Have experience on development programs (an asset).
Possess technical knowledge (an asset).
Have strong analytical skills.
Possess robust communication skills (French and English).
